The first follows a solitary figure adrift in an endless white limbo, suspended between survival and surrender. The second imagines the continuation of that voyage, as the same character reappears on an unfamiliar shore, moving through dreamlike landscapes in search of a new beginning. Rather than providing answers, the films embrace ambiguity, inviting multiple interpretations through recurring symbols and surreal imagery.
The experience2RIOT developed the concept, direction and visual language of both films. Vieni a Salvarmi was built around the striking image of an infinite white horizon, transforming a minimal set into a symbolic emotional landscape. Conchiglie explored movement through a reverse-shooting technique, with every action performed backwards and reconstructed in post-production to create an uncanny, floating sense of time and gravity. Together, the two films form a continuous visual dialogue between reality and dream.
